Work Together

Two ways to work together.

One story, two formats. Engagements are intentionally limited each year. Every project begins with a conversation.

01

Future Narrative

Strategy that people feel.

Creative consulting for storytelling, creative direction, communication and content. We turn complex climate and impact topics into stories people understand, connect with and act on.

What we do

  • Narrative Strategy. Positioning, core story, messaging and tone of voice.
  • Creative Direction. Campaign concepts, visual worlds, film and stills.
  • Content Studio. Video, social formats, explainers and thought leadership content.
  • Internal Voice. Culture and employee communication that people actually read.

02

Future Stage

Moments people remember.

Shows, events and installations that make a message impossible to ignore. From the Davos stage to the Munich Climate Week opening: live experiences that move rooms and decision makers.

What we do

  • Direction & Production. Event concept, dramaturgy, project management and run of show.
  • Performance & Installation. Choreographed shows, dancers, holographic experiences and art installations.
  • Stagecraft. Stage technology, hologram, projection, light, sound and AV, delivered with trusted technical partners.

Philosophy

People remember how things feel.

Stories shape perception.

What we value determines the future.

Emotion creates movement.

Culture changes through narrative.

Team & Collective

Future Stage is built with a collective of dancers, choreographers and technical partners, led by Felix.

Founder & CEO, Impact Artist

I work at the intersection of story, body, and impact.

As a creative director and impact artist, I come from years on stage, in dance, theater, and film. I danced with the Bayerische Staatsoper Opernballett in Munich and worked on film sets alongside director Francis Lawrence. That taught me that people don’t change because they are informed. They change because they feel something true.

Through creative direction, consulting, and narrative design, I help organizations and ideas become clear, embodied, and culturally relevant. I have represented organizations on stage at WEF Davos and VivaTech Paris. From a global stage to a quiet room with a single idea, my work translates complexity into experiences people can understand, connect with, and act on.

My belief is simple: what people feel shapes what they value, and what they value shapes the world we build.

Expression is not decoration for me. It is the carrier. Real expression gives clarity its force, and clarity gives expression its direction. When both are present, stories lead to better decisions, systems, and futures.

In every project, I align meaning, emotion, and intention. Because when those three meet, change becomes possible.

Art for Future.

Portrait of Leonie Nele Seidlitz, Dancer, Teacher & Impact Artist

Dancer, Teacher & Impact Artist

Leonie Nele Seidlitz is a dancer, teacher, and artist whose movement carries both technical brilliance and real emotional depth. Trained at the Neo Dance Academy in Paris, she went on to perform on some of the biggest stages in the industry, dancing for Camila Cabello, at Paris Fashion Week, and on America’s Got Talent, as well as in major German productions alongside Nina Chuba, Klaas Heufer-Umlauf, and Florian Silbereisen.

Whether the setting is a global television stage or an international opening ceremony, Leonie brings the same thing: precision, presence, and a body that tells the story before a word is spoken.

As a teacher, she shares her lyrical contemporary approach with dancers who want more than steps. She guides them toward honest, expressive movement and the confidence to stand fully in their own work.

Within Art for Future, Leonie brings this embodied intelligence to projects that translate climate, regeneration, and responsibility into something people can feel. For her, art is not decoration. It is a way to move people toward change.
